How do commissions work?
How do commissions work?
Updated over a week ago

For each home loan application that is successfully tracked and funded in line with our Referral Agreement, we will pay a commission of 0.30% (excl GST) of the total funded loan amount (unless your Referral Agreement states otherwise).

How to track your commissions?

The commission amount you will receive will be visible in the Referrer Portal once an eligible referred application settles and is verified by our team. You won’t be able to view any customer information, only the commission amount.

How will I know if someone applies?

For privacy reasons, we will not provide you with any information (including personally identifiable information), details or status updates for any loan applications.

You can check when an application has been settled and funds have been released within the Referrer Portal, which will indicate when any applicable commission is expected to be paid.

What circumstances will result in non-payment of commissions?

There are several circumstances that would result in non-payment, including:

  • When a user uses a different browser or marketing channel to apply after clicking on your referral link

  • When an application has started more than 90 days after a user clicks on your referral link

  • Where you have been found to breach our agreement

  • Where are directly involved in the loan (e.g. one of the borrowers)

Please refer to your Referral Agreement for further details.

What are your payment terms?

Typically, referrers are eligible for commission 30 days after a home loan settles. Your commission will be paid no later than the end of the subsequent month following loan disbursement This is unless your Referral Agreement states otherwise.

How do I get paid?

We will contact you to confirm your nominated bank account. Please note that it must be an Australian bank account.
